Brigitte Mitchell & Band

Brigitte Mitchell, hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, discovered her passion for singing in church choirs at the age of four. Her voice is beautifully crisp and unencumbered, a combination of jazz classics like Ella Fitzgerald and the deep resonance of her gospel upbringing. Her debut album, ‘Don’t Explain,’ garnered international attention, especially in Hong Kong. Relocating there, she embraced creative freedom, performing at prestigious jazz venues. In 2014, she explored Brazilian bossa novas and sambas, resulting in the ‘In Brazil’ EP. Her latest venture, ‘Let’s Call It Love,’ recorded at Capitol Studios in LA, features renowned musicians, signaling her journey toward international stardom.
